Griz is going on tour starting at the beginning of October. Griz’s following has been rising steadily for the past few years. These particular tickets are a couple months in advance; thus they are a safer bet than if you were buy tickets for a show to next week that has not yet sold out. Red Rocks Amphitheater (capacity: 9,525) has already sold out at the time of writing this article! Terminal 5 is a great venue and should sell out both nights. However, Friday night is the one I expect to make the most money on. The paramount in Seattle is also a great venue that will sell out. I am expecting a large return on investment. Mac Miller is one of the most successful rappers of our time. Every time he goes on there is money to be made. The only thing to look out for when buying tickets for such a popular artist is if the venue is too big. A venue with a capacity that is more than 8 thousand is usually a red flag. However, venues with a capacity over 8 thousand still have the possibility to sell out, ( especially when artists like Mac Miller are preforming) however it is a defiantly riskier. Another thing to be wary of when buying tickets for a very popular artist is the price of the tickets. If an artist prices there tickets at 70 dollars; when reselling there will be a smaller profit margin. Luckily, Mac Miller’s tickets are currently priced at 30 dollars and he is going to mostly smaller venues. Buy tickets to cities with large populations and relatively low venue capacity.
